Agent
The Agent page is where you can make and receive calls as well as perform other actions and tasks related to the agent interface. It can be accessed by clicking the icon at the top of Navigation. The main screen is the Calls tab, where you can see an overview of Recent calls, Scheduled calls and Voicemails you have received. You can see statistics about your performance on the Dashboard tab and configure your settings on the Settings tab.
