The Data section allows you to import, export, manage and manipulate the options to capture / receive data on a call. There are many available options within this section to allow you to add additional fields to capture information, remove numbers from the dialler, add numbers to your DNC list to ensure you do not call them back in the future, import data, export data, sync data from Salesforce CRM, manage your broadcast and your database. The Data menu can be accessed by administrators from the Navigation bar.
