Freezing and Lagging Issue October 7th

11:45am- We are aware of an issue which occurred at approximately 11:15am on the 7th of October, customer may have experienced the following symptoms:


-General Freezing

-Unable to Disposition calls

-Potential unable to login


We believe the issues are beginning to subside.
