Audio disruption - 20/07/2016

We are currently aware of audio issues affecting some customers on the EasyContactNow platform.

We are investigating this immediately and treating it with a high priority.

We advise customers who experience the audio issues to contact our support team, with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and IP address to hand - support@easycontactnow.com | 0345 286 4697

We have had confirmation that this was an issue with BT, whereby there was a loss of broadband and telephone services. You can view the BT service status at the following link - https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=3
