We have had reports of calls disconnecting when connected via softphone. This lasted for approximately 2 minutes and some customers may have experienced silent audio.
This issue is no longer present but we are monitoring the situation closely. We are investigating the root cause of this.

We have had confirmation that the issue is now resolved. The root cause of the softphone audio problems that were experienced around 10:23 are under investigation.
