14/06/2016 - Outbound predictive dialling disruption

We experienced a brief slow down on our Easycontactnow platform at approximately 11:10 which resulted the outbound predictive dialler significantly slowly down for a short period of time. This lasted for a few minutes and normal service has now resumed.

If you are still affected by high wait times whereby no outbound predictive calls are being made or they are very slow then please do let the support team know by raising a ticket via the help centre or emailing in at, you can also call us on 0345 286 4697 to speak to a member of the support team.
