At approximately 12:42 we received several reports of different system issues including:

Slowness/ dialler lag
Kicked from dialler
Softphone disconnected
Calls not being put through to agents.
The system recovered very soon after our first reports. The engineers are currently investigating this issue to confirm that this is now resolved.

More information will follow shortly.
This issue is now resolved and we are currently investigating the root cause. Information of the cause will be provided on this article and on the ticket that you may have raised with us.
