Service Disruption- 29 April

We are aware of an issue which may have prevented successful inbound and outbound dialling.

Please be aware you should now be able to successfully outbound dial.

You may still experience issues receiving calls to any of your 0333, 0845 and 0800 inbound numbers.


As a result of the large scale issues being experienced by our customers due to an outage with our main carrier we have switched all outbound traffic to a different 3rd party carrier. Customers are now advising us that normal service has been resumed.
BT have issued the following statement: We have experienced a loss of calls through one of our NAP switches in the Telehouse data centre. Should you have concerns, please follow the normal fault reporting process into the service desk.
We are however monitoring the situation closely and will not switch back until we can be confident that the external issues have been resolved.
