The service disruption caused due to issues faced by our carrier gateway provider, BT, has now been solved.
The disruption was due to BT's wholesale outage and its impact also affected mobile networks. Our initial efforts to use our backup carriers were also impacted as some calls and some mobile networks could not be reached resulting in call failures for our clients until the BT outage was addressed.
BT's gateways were put back into service at around 19:30hrs on Monday 11, January 2016. Services have resumed with no further issues over night. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
