[Update] Delay in accessing call recording - 29 October 2015

There is a currently a backlog of call recordings that are waiting to become available for customers. Our investigations have found that it will take longer than initially hoped to clear the backlog of call recordings waiting to become available. 

Our current estimate is that all call recordings that are currently in the queue will be accessible by close of business on Monday 2nd November 2015 and there shouldn't be any loss of recorded calls.
