Realtime Call Billing Stopped - 6th August 15:45

15:45 - We are aware that the real time billing of calls on EasyContactNow stopped for approximately 24 hours. This will be restarted shortly, and customers should be aware that their balance will suddenly change when the system catches up. If your account balance goes negative as a result, your dialling will stop.

19:45 - The billing was reset and the back logged changes have now been applied.
