Sagepay top ups returning 'IP address blocked by vendor'

We have received reports from some customers that they are receiving the error message 'IP address blocked by vendor' when they try to top up through Sagepay.

The problem is that some UK Internet Service Providers (ISP) are giving UK customers US IP addresses, and Sagepay does not allow top ups from the US. Customers affected need to contact their ISP and ask for a UK registered IP address.
