System Issues - 13th March 11:00

Subsequent to last night's software release, we have had some problems reported to us that we are currently correcting. We expect these issues to be resolved in the next hour.

  • Some agents are having difficulties logging into the system;
  • When making manual calls, agents have to select the outbound queue every time;
  • Agent's scheduled callbacks are not displaying, however, they are being dialled;
  • You cannot save a new record.
