Import Data

The import data section allows you to upload CSV files which are used in the system as a Dataset. This will then dial out records once you have assigned the dataset to an outbound queue.

For the import data tool, hover over the Data icon in the Navigation bar and click on Import Data .

Here you can import data files to be used on the system. These include: logos, audio files, list of phone numbers (records). You can browse the files by clicking on the left-hand side under Directories, as you can view the files by their category.

Once in a folder, you can navigate back to the home menu by clicking on Up a directory.
