Phone book

The Phone book allows you to store contact details of third parties. It gives you opportunity to have all your contacts at hand when making a Manual call or a Third party transfer.

To create and manage contacts, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation bar and click on Phone book.

Searching for contacts and queues

The search contacts and queues field allows you to search for a specific data in the Phone book. You can search your contacts or queues by entering a search term in the relevant field.
