How do I check how much I’ve been charged per day?


To check how much you have been charged per day hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar and select Billing.


The billing overview tab will provide you with a general preview of how much you have spent in your contact centre over the last 6 months. To see how much you have been charged per day click on the Itemised Bill tab. When you filter the month and a specific date you will see a breakdown of all calls and their costs.
