At approx 11:38 am we had a slow down of the predictive dialler on the Easycontactnow platform. This lasted around 3 minutes and was swiftly resolved by the engineers.
Please note, this issue may reoccur again today. In this instance, the engineers will be notified and they will act upon it immediately, monitoring is being done to lower the chance of a re-occurrence.
