Essential Platform Optimisation - Sunday 5th March 2017

Time: 1:00am to 7:00am

On Sunday 5th March 2017 we are retrying to push a change to bring about a major optimisation at a database level. We have been working behind the scenes on this for some months and are now in a position of readiness to make it live. This process is expected to take until 1:00am until 7:00am.

During this maintenance window we believe that the impacts will be:

  1. Automated outbound dialing will not function
  2. Agent screens will not display the callback list
  3. Agents cannot schedule callbacks
  4. Any data load (UI or API) will fail. This includes any other customer push, eg. FLG360

In order to receive updates please make sure that you go to our Help Centre which you can find at - https://support.easycontactnow.com/hc/en-gb  scroll down and click on ANNOUNCEMENTS and then click to FOLLOW them. We will confirm when the maintenance has been completed via this page.

We will have a full complement of key staff available on this day and and issues should be raised via email to Support which in turn will raise a ticket. We will be monitoring the ticketing system on that day to make sure that any issues encountered are responded to asap and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Wednesday 8th February 2017 - The above mentioned maintenance was successful however the database optimisation was not successful and will need to be retried again on Sunday 5th March.
